I agree, 1OO%, with Roland! the problem is , can the text be modified after being adopted?

I have a problem with the formulation "the right of return for refugees or compensation for those who demand it". Surely we should be demanding the right of return for refugees and compensation for all of them ; even refugees who return to, or near to, their former homes deserve compensation for the 60 years of dispossession and suffering.
