[Palsem09] Closing this mailing list

[FIBureau]

Hi 
It seems my earlier reply only went to Bertil. I proposed that he closed the
list while sending me the addresses of all those on it so that we can create
another list in the same format as the other FI ones that can be used both
for broader coordination as well as the preparation of the next seminar.
That will relieve Bertil from the administrator task of blocking spam and so
on.
