This discussion, to the extent that I follow it, is interesting, and could
be useful. It is unfortunate that it has been conducted only in French,
which seems counter to the spirit of the seminar and the IIRE. Although I
understand the general issues, I'm sure I miss much of the subtleties. And I
know that there are Anglophone comrades for whom a discussion in French is
totally inaccessible.

Would it be possible to translate the recent exchanges into English, so that
all participants in the seminar have the same background infoemation about
the issues?
