This is my proposal but not in the present form but like the other FI lists
which don¹t suffer from spam (although something called Palestine, Middle
East or whatever is much more likely to be the target of that of course)
because they have a different level of protection.
The it would be managed not by the IIRE but by the comrades in charge of the
work.
